Hubble Telescope Artwork and Rocket Making
As part of learning about Space we looked at power points and books with photos taken by the Hubble telescope. The beautiful coloured galaxies of stars and nebular dust patterns inspired us to use pastels, paints and glitter to recreate the images we saw. Please come and look at our artworks in Room 2.
We are so lucky to have the Hubble telescope to get a close up view of the amazing colours and forms of creation in space.
On Friday some children in Room 2 decided to finish their bottle rockets. They did a wonderful job and wanted to share what they made with you. Well done to the Rocket Club!
The mixed media artworks are amazing! Just love all the creativity and the fact you give them the opportunity to be artistic. Such a powerful way to learn. The rocket was a hit in our household!
