Maori Language Week
In week 8 of Term 3 it was Maori Language week. We celebrated by using Maori language and music in the classroom and reading Maori legends and stories. We created taniwha art works and wrote descriptions of the Marakihau- sea dragon. Last Friday we visited the UNITEC Marae and enjoyed their hospitality. It was a great day!
