Jesus Calls Us to Follow Him
In lesson 10 of the Jesus Strand, we read the Bible story about Jesus asking the apostles to follow him. He said that he was going to make them 'fishers of men.' We all chose the name of an apostle and made a headband with their name on it. Next we made a mural of Jesus calling us to follow him. We drew a picture of ourselves for the mural with a speech bubble saying 'Yes Jesus.' Jesus wants us to be his friends and helpers too, just like the apostles.

Eden is loving finding herself and her classmates in all the photos. The apostle name she chose is also her grandfathers name!
