St Patricks Day - 17th March
Every year on the 17th of March we celebrate St Patricks Day. This year we had a liturgy in the hall followed by a display of Irish dancing. When we got to class we made a hat for ourselves with a picture of a shamrock and St Patrick on it. We watched a powerpoint that taught us all about the life of St Patrick. It even said that people believe that St Patrick got rid of all the snakes in Ireland. After morning break Mrs Fala invited us to decorate green cupcakes with Room 1. They were delicious. We went onto the field to do Irish dancing and then all got a green snake lolly. Thank you to Mrs Fala for helping to make it such a memorable day.
